WOMEN’S WORKSHOP – ‘STANDING ON YOUR OWN TWO FEET’

 I will be offering two hour workshops for women in February to explore

                                     HOW TO SAY NO

This workshop will give you the tools to make positive and empowering choices. We will focus on physical and vocal exercises to help you ground and center when confronted by challenging situations. If you feel that NOW is the TIME to discover personal power and confidence, then this is for you. The workshop is limited to four participants, meeting for two hours once a week for four weeks. AND it is FUN!
